3. Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Because we sell sensitive electronic components and microcontrollers that can be damaged by improper handling, we do not accept returns for any other reason.

• You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories.
• Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible.
• If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement only, not a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• If a replacement is not available in stock
• If the order is cancelled before shipping
• If we mistakenly sent the wrong item and cannot replace it

Processing details:

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the mistake is from our side.
• No refunds are provided for products damaged due to incorrect wiring, overvoltage, soldering, shorts, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.)
• Microcontrollers, development boards, sensors & modules
• PCBs, DIY kits, breakout boards
• Custom-made or specially ordered items
• Items that are soldered, programmed, tampered, or modified
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation, wiring, or handling

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment.

Delivery Partners

We use DTDC, India Post, and Delhivery based on your location.

Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–6 days
Other regions: 5–10 days

Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout based on weight & location.
